Our detailing work is covered by a satisfaction guarantee, not a traditional warranty. We stand behind our workmanship and products within reasonable limits:
Workmanship: If you notice an issue with cleaning quality within 24 hours of service, contact us immediately. We’ll inspect and correct it at no additional charge if it’s within scope.
Protection Products: 2 weeks for sealants, waxes, and coatings not performing as stated under normal conditions. Be advised longevity depends on maintenance and environmental factors.
Exclusions: Damage caused by neglect, improper washing, weather, or normal wear is not covered.

Time varies by service level and condition—usually 2–6 hours for cars, longer for larger vehicles. Rest assured we communicate estimated completion times day of appointment.

In the spring and summer, mobile services can run self-contained if needed, but access helps reduce setup time. During the colder months we remove our water tanks to prevent damage to our equipment - so the process is a little different.

Credit/debit, cash, and invoiced payments via Square. We provide itemized receipts for all services upon request.

Short answer, Yes. Please clear the vehicle of valuables, car seats, and heavy belongings before service. But we understand if you have mobility issues due to a disability, are a senior, or need help moving heavier/bulky items. WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP!

We reschedule based on weather impact and safety—no fee for weather-related delays.

Yes. Regular clients receive reduced rates and priority scheduling. Terms apply.

Light to moderate defects can often be corrected. Deep scratches may require wetsanding or paintwork. WE evaluate the vehicles condition with you on site to find the best course of action for your needs.

Wax Based Sealants or Ceramic Detail Sprays are the most common but we do offer Ceramic Coatings for longer protection.

Avoid washing for 48 hours. Use pH-neutral soaps and hand wash with soft mitts. If you are to use automated car wash services use a touchless wash option.

Yes. Excessive pet hair, stains, or biohazard cleanup adds cost based on condition.

If property rules allow and there’s safe space for the service vehicle, during the warm season, Yes!

Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee. Communication is key to reschedule.

No. They provide temporary protection based on the product lifespan, as well as, package and maintenance.

Light odors can usually be removed. Deep-set smoke or mildew may require ozone treatment or multiple visits.
